"I wanted to let Westside Drywall know that I was extremely pleased with Salvador's site performance. This is only the second time in my life I have ever went out of my way to write a letter to an employer about how great an employee was. Salvador is an extremely valuable employee and if I was in the business I would do quite a bit to try and hire him away from you. His work ethic, attention to detail and demeanor were a refreshing experience. Salvador went out of his way numerous times to not only do the job right but to show me potential problems and offer to fix them for me. His patience with me as I asked him question after question about what he was doing, why he was doing it and how come he was doing it that way was commendable. I do most all the work on my house myself and rarely hire outside help. When I have I've become so used to shoddy workmanship that I hovered around for the first few hours while Salvador and his helper started the work. I am very relieved and pleased to have someone work on my home as if it were their home! So, if he is due for a raise... offer him one because you dont want him getting away."

When Salvador and his largely Spanish-speaking crew showed up, we found it a bit challenging in terms of communication. We were more than a little concerned that things may not go smoothly. It also proved again how lazy we have been in not improving our Spanish since moving to the West.

Our concerns were completely unfounded. They were amazing and the work was absolutely top-notch. Every member of the crew - even those with whom we couldn't communicate directly because of the language barrier - were exceptional. We were incredibly impressed with their skill, customer service, quality of work and cheerfulness to a man.

We have to single out Salvador in particular, who was incredibly cheerful, responsive to our needs and took the initiative to make changes to the project as he did it, making improvements and additions to the originally planned work to ensure that every area was insulated properly. Our biggest concern in this project was the effect it would have on the exterior siding, as this is a turn-of-the century home with older siding and architectural detailing. Salvador's work was so highly skilled that we can barely tell where siding was removed for the wall blow in. Wow!

Even Lisa has been great in instructing us on the ETO paperwork. I have attached a copy of this with our sections completed for you to pass on to her for completion. Have her give me a call if she needs this faxed instead.

To say we are satisfied and impressed with Westside Drywall would be an understatement. We will be very happy to provide a reference for you in the future.
